As a member of 'the Wilson McKinley' a rock band based out of the Pacific Northwest, I enjoyed a rich musical journey for many years. As I look back on all of the music we created, I can't help but think that this was a truly great band and I know that many people enjoyed our music. Through all of the transitional phases the band went through, our audiences always stayed with us.
Since those days, I have grown to be passionate about songwriting, recording and producing music. I enjoyed a brief time in a show band called 'Smash Hit Carnival'. We brought to the stage a variety show of celebrity impersonations, comedy and an all around entertaining evening. A lot of fun for the audience and for us too!
Not together as a band anymore, I still do a lot of performing with two of the original members of 'Smash Hit Carnival'. Kevin Wakefield and Valerie Stichweh. They have become great friends and we are magical together on stage. We have been invited to do a lot of charity events, which the three of us are always willing to do. Check out the video of us on the Ronald McDonald page and also our show at Silverwood Theme Park.
My latest album 'Living In a Modern World' is a collection of original songs that came to me over this last year. Everything you hear on the album is me with the exception of background vocals on 'Living in a Modern World' from my beautiful and talented daughter Brittany and also killer lead guitar work from another former member of 'Smash Hit
Carnival', Guy Caillouet on 'You Got It Goin' On'.
Life's a journey, don't be afraid to take it!
